Well...
The police have re-opened the street in front of my apartment building to traffic. The ambulance and fire rescue vehicles have left. The Special Weapons and Tactical van is being packed up right now -- the SWAT teams are stowing their ballistic shields. There are still a dozen or so marked and unmarked police vehicles in between the 2 buildings but hopefully they are leaving with the one person that has been arrested. Just a typical Sunday morning.

Worked more than an hour late. Went to the gym after work. Came home and cooked dinner and tucked my self onto the sofa with a bowl of pasta and a glass of merlot and the weekly telecom legislative update on CSPAN. This has been a great evening!
